Who will be doing the work?
It depends on your project needs. One of the top Project Managers will conduct the initial intake interview to assess your business needs and ensure that her team is a great fit for you and your project. The most fitting team member(s) will be assigned to the appropriate projects. The Project Manager will oversee the work, so you have a feedback loop about the support you are receiving or needing.
We are always in the process of hand-selecting top-notch VAs in order to create an ever-evolving team of cohesive support for you and your business.
General Information
•Work days & times are generally Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm
•Occasionally there are pre-planned offline dates for holidays and events. These will be listed in your package contract, and future offline dates will be announced in advance.
•A 24-hour minimum reply will be provided for all correspondence during standard work days. Thus, correspondence received on Friday may be responded to on the following Tuesday.
