Holiday offline dates (no support from YVA):

December 24 - 26
December 31 - January 2
Plan ahead and pre-schedule the support that you will need. This is a best practice at all times, but especially when Alli is away. Please remember that each team member is often already booked for work over the next 72 hours.
Reminders from the Working Agreement:
- Emails are responded to within 24 hours.
- New deadlines within a 72 hour completion window activate the Rush rate.
